  • Stroller Park is where families can check in their strollers and walk about freely. Similar to a coat check, the stroller will be checked in and out.

  • Must be 501c3 and paperwork must be submitted by 8/7/18 or your space will be released)
  • You must have your own generator for electricity. This is for all food vendors, regardless of your location of origin - Montclair or otherwise.
  • This space is only for a mini space on the sidewalk NO ROOM for tents. Only a 6' foot table and 2 chairs. You can only use your table space with no additional usage.

The Montclair Center presents Montclair Familyfest 2018 in Crane Park. An expected 4,500+ attendees. Music, food, scavenger hunts, family entertainment, games including giant Jenga and much more. 

WHAT: 2nd Annual Montclair Familyfest

WHEN: Saturday , Sept 22, 2018

RAIN DATE: Sunday, September 23

Time: 12 noon - 4 PM (set - up time between 9:30 AM - 11 AM)

DETAILS: Right next door to Montclair's Oktoberfest, this second annual family festival (Familyfest) is full of fun-filled, free activities for families.This is a non - alcoholic event.This year, every vendor must offer a free child or adult activity. There will also be live - entertainment for kids and adults.

Deadline date for event registration is Sept.15, 2018.

Note: All spaces are 10X10 and all exhibitors must have a 10X10 tent. Any organizations with larger spaces - including nonprofits - will register for two spaces.

FOOD TRUCKS: Check-in at 8:30 - Entrance through Glenridge Ave.

Registration Costs:

$20 Non Profits (Limit to 6) Must be 501c3 and paperwork must be submitted by 8/20/18 or your space will be released) one spot left.

$100 Montclair BID Members 
Ie. storefronts with Montclair Center district

$150 Montclair Food Businesses  

$175 All food vendors from Montclair or other  (Limited 5) – $175.00
You must have your own generator for electricity.

$150 Home - Based businesses

 $200 Food Business Outside of Montclair 


MINI SPACES -  $75 
These spaces are ONLY on the sidewalk and you can ONLY have a table NO TENT.  You cannot take any more space than a 6 foot table and chair.  NO Food.

If you are a Montclair Business ONLY and you have a 3 1/2 peddlers licences through the Township of Montclair you do NOT need to fill out a peddlers application.

If you are a Montclair food business with a 3 1/2 peddlers license issued by the Township of Montclair you will ONLY need to fill out a health form.
