This year, Montclair Center Stage will kick off with a music festival on Saturday, May 5, from 12 pm - 8 pm on Lackawanna Plaza. The festival will celebrate the tradition of Montclair music with two stages of the best, emerging local talent. Bands will include Hodera, Tula Vera, Samad Savage, SMOCK, Wyland, Rockstar Racecar, School of Rock and Ava Otterbein.
The event will have a police presence, mandatory redundant ID checks and general liability insurance. IMPORTANT: all food vendors MUST get in touch with the Montclair Fire Department to inspect. CALL 973 509 4769 to arrange your inspection ahead of the event. Fire Department can deny you a same day inspection.
The Montclair Center BID is restricting all alcohol sales and ice cream. The Pig & Prince will be selling a variety of Mexican beers. Gelotti of Montclair will be the sole ice cream/gelotti/frozen treat vendor.
We are not excepting anymore vendors that are selling ice cream, tacos, or ribs/brisket for those slots are full.
Businesses will be provided with 10 x 10 area, cleanup services, port-a-potties.
ALL OUR TENTS ARE COMMITTED. IF YOU NEED A TENT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ONE. YOU NEED TO BRING TABLES AND CHAIRS
If you need a larger space, they will be available for additional fees.
