EARLYBIRD SPECIAL DISCOUNT - DEADLINE: AUGUST 15th, 2018
WHAT: The Montclair Center presents Oktoberfest 2018 in Lackawanna Plaza. An expected 4,500+ attendees! The event will feature live music on the Montclair Center Stage, a variety of local and traditional beers, handmade crafts, local merchants and food vendors.
WHEN: Saturday, September 22, 2018
TIME: 12 noon - 8PM (set-up time between 8:30 - 11:00a)
DETAILS: The event will have police presence, mandatory redundant ID checks and general liability insurance. IMPORTANT: all food vendors with open flame MUST get in touch with the Montclair Fire Department for inspect. CALL 973 509 4769 to arrange your inspection ahead of the event. Fire Department can deny you a same day inspection.The event will include cleanup services and port-a-potties.
The Montclair Center BID is restricting all alcohol and water sales.
RENTALS: Businesses may rent a 10 x 10 tent, 6 foot table, and two chairs from the Montclair Center BID for $150. Your rentals will be provided the day of event at the location of your booth.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid Peddlers License, Health Department Forms (food vendors), Fire Department Inspection (cooking on premises), and businesses will commit to personal liability insurance.

FOOD TRUCKS: Check-in at 8:30 - Entrance through Glenridge Ave.
CHECK-IN: Check in 9 AM to 11 AM (Check in closes at 11 AM SHARP) All vendors must be prepared for service at 12 PM. No breakdown before 8 PM.
NOTE: All spaces are 10 x 10 and all exhibitors must have a 10 x 10 tent. Any organizations with larger spaces - including non-profits - will register for TWO spaces.
