MSU TAKEOVER
LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE.
WHAT: Montclair Center Businesses have been invited to set up Pop-Up shops at Montclair State University to kick off Commuter Life Appreciation Week (a.k.a. CLAW)! Your store will be in front of 21,000 MSU Students!
WHERE: MSU Student Center Rain Location – Student Center Ballroom
RAIN or SHINE: The event will be outside of the MSU Student Center. If it happens to rain, the event will be set up in the Ballroom for the MSU Student Center.
WHEN: Monday, September 16, 2019.
TIME: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (9am is set up time and 10am is when the even begins.
COST: FREE ! (Montclair Center BID is sponsoring your participation!)
SET UP: Bring a 10 x 10 Tent, Table, and Props. (If it rains, the event will be indoors and the tent is not necessary)
WHO: Limit to 40 Montclair Stores. Sign up ASAP!
WHAT TO BRING/SELL: Cool, affordable retail; Coupons; Info about your business; job descriptions and applications; Bowl of snacks/candy; Samples of Food
DO NOT BRING/SELL: No food can be sold (it's part of a contract that MSU has with their own food vendors)
SUGGESTIONS: Make your display fun, interactive, and funky. This will help draw students to your booth/table/tent.
