Family Jam Montclair Festival- Kids Music and Arts festival, celebrating MCPK & the Montclair Community.

Description: Celebrate music, arts, & community with Family Jam Montclair Festival! It will be a day filled with music, activities, special attractions, and local vendors. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Pre-K’s new playground. We are looking for food vendors, arts vendors, and retail. This event will be focused on activities for children so engaging kids activities are highly recommended!

When: Sunday, June 8th (rain date: June 9th)

Time: 12PM - 5PM

Where: Montclair Community Pre-K, 49 Orange Road

Set up time & rules:

  • Please be on time.
  • Set up starts at 9am must be set up by 11am ready to start.
  • Breakdown is at 5pm. NO early breakdown and NO exceptions.
  • Hashtags to use #familyjam2019 #montclaircenter 
  • NO Dogs Allowed - NO Alcohol Allowed - NO Smoking Allowed.
  • NO electrical power will be provided to vendors.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS for any vendor or sponsor NO exceptions.

  • ALL VENDORS must fill the required and appropriate form with the Township of Montclair please print all license needed & hand signed and emailed back to montclaircenter@montclaircenter.com

  • $0 if bringing own tables, chairs, and/or tent
  • $50 6 ft rectangular table, and two chairs rental
  • $150 10x10 tent, 6 ft rectangular table, 2 chairs  

Our staff will need to put your order in advance we will not have extras tents, tables, or chairs on the day of the event must put order in once you register.
